How do I buy a painting?
You can simply go to the store tab and select the painting you would like. Then follow the instructions to complete the payment. If you have any questions about the painting you are interested in, you can email me any time using the contact page and I will be happy to get back to you within 24 hours.
When will my painting or print arrive?
If you are based in the UK, I will aim to package and send your painting within 3-5 days of receiving your order. For prints, please allow up to a week. I send everything using a track and trace or similar postal service, requiring a signature on arrival.
Are the paintings and prints framed?
The paintings are sold unframed, although you can request a frame using the contact page. I find framing a very personal choice so I tend not to get involved in that aspect, however, I can offer suggestions. Generally, I frame my larger paintings on paper in white wooden block frames and I am happy to organise this for you at an additional cost.
Do you do commissions?
Generally, I don’t work to commission, mainly because I don’t have much idea of how a painting will look once it is finished! However, if you are particularly drawn to a painting that has already sold, I can take that painting as inspiration for starting something new for you. The best thing is to send me an idea of what you are looking for.
How do I buy a print?
I have limited the editions of my giclee prints to just 25 per image. To order one, please use the Store tab and click to select the print you would like. This will take you to a payment page. I make each print to order, so please allow up to a week for delivery on these items.
How much is postage and packaging?
I don’t charge for packaging and I try to reuse packaging materials wherever possible. For paintings sold to UK customers, the postage is included in the price. If you are overseas, please contact me with your location and I will get back to you with a quote.
What if I change my mind?
I use a professional photographer to capture all of my paintings, so it is very unlikely that your painting will look different to what you are expecting. In the first instance, I would recommend hanging your painting and living with it for a week. If after this time, you are not happy with it, please let me know as soon as possible. I will issue a refund if the painting is received back in its original condition within a fortnight, but I can’t absorb the return postage costs.
Do you offer an art advisory service?
Yes, if you have a space in mind for an artwork and you are unsure of which painting to choose, I am happy to talk you through my work and find the best fit for you and your home. There are lots of things to take into consideration and I think you will find the process exciting!
